• Target Audience: Small businesses owned by Latin and Brazilian immigrants, particularly those operating informally or semi-formally, that now are marginalized and in vulnerable situation.

• Market Need: Many Latin and Brazilian immigrant entrepreneurs face challenges in navigating the U.S. business environment, including legal registration, tax compliance, and effective financial management.

• Competitive Landscape: While there are general small business support organizations, few are specifically tailored to the cultural and linguistic needs of Latin and Brazilian immigrant entrepreneurs.
Latin and Brazilian Communities

Latin and Brazilian play a crucial role in the U.S. economy through entrepreneurship. According to the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative, there were approximately 5 million Latino-owned businesses in the U.S. by 2022, generating over $800 billion in revenue annually.

• Growth Rate: Latino-owned businesses grew by 34% between 2009 and 2019, compared to a 1% growth rate for all U.S. businesses.
• Industries: These businesses are diverse, with significant representation in construction, food services, retail, and transportation.
• In states like Delaware, Pennsylvania, Florida, Massachusetts, Brazilian businesses have flourished in industries like cleaning services, real estate, restaurants, and beauty services.
• The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce estimates that Brazilian businesses in the U.S. contribute billions to the economy, with many becoming pillars of local communities.
Our Mission

Mission Statement: To professionalize and empower Latin and Brazilian immigrant-owned small businesses by providing comprehensive business and financial management support, training and innovation. Our goal is to help these businesses become officially registered, increase their profits and create more job opportunities within their communities.
Vision: A thriving community of Latin and Brazilian immigrant entrepreneurs contributing significantly to the economy and providing employment opportunities through well-managed and compliant businesses.

Our Objectives

Allow access to advanced management techniques in a simple and agile way, customizing the application of this knowledge according to the profile of each EVOLUA client.

• Provide business and financial management orientation to 100 immigrant-owned businesses annually.

• Assist at least 60% of participants in successfully formalize and register their businesses within the first year.
​
• Increase the average tax contribution and employee count of participating businesses by 30% within two years.
